Mornings begin in devotion, with grounding Hatha yoga and alchemical meditations to open the body temple, align with Spirit, and attune to the quiet intelligence within. These practices become the doorway into deeper states of awareness, where healing begins at the level of soul.
Throughout the day, you’ll move through soul-shifting workshops woven with Mayan and Toltec wisdom, quantum healing, breathwork ceremonies, and energy transmissions—each designed to awaken your heart, clear ancestral patterns, and activate your luminous potential.
Evenings invite surrender, as you are immersed in the crystalline tones of sacred sound baths. Temazcal Ceremony
It begins with a welcoming ceremony by the shaman guide. Then you enter the Temazcal, already at a high temperature, where you will take a seat in a circle around the hot stones and special herbs that will cleanse your body and mind. During the process, the shaman will perform the ritual to purify and renew you.

Cacao Ceremony
The ancient Mexican cultures revered cacao as a drink of the Gods, and our shamanic tradition is designed to awaken your internal fire and expand your heart. We begin with a cleansing ritual to release old energies and close old circles. Then, we ask permission from the elements, guardians and directions to drink the elixir of ceremonial cacao and feel its rising effects. Sound healing accompanies the ceremony, allowing you to connect and share from the heart space. Our sacred earth cacao is a potent plant medicine that can help you connect with Mama Cacao and receive her blessings.
Clarity Breathwork
Clarity Breathwork is a feminine approach to Breathwork. A very gentle, safe and yet powerful breathing process that releases stress from the cells in our body. This process helps us to transform and release emotions, beliefs and limiting thoughts.
It helps to remove old energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts and emotions and increases your consciousness. Most of us don’t breathe fully, we hold back the breath and have been doing so most of our lives. When we begin to breathe fully and consciously we are able to release our 'life traumas' and what we have been holding on to in our body.
Alter Magic Workshop
A Journey Through the Four Directions & Elemental Wisdom
Step into sacred space and learn the ancient art of altar-making—an intentional practice to connect with Spirit, deepen your personal ritual, and raise the frequency of your environment.
In this immersive workshop, you’ll be guided through the wisdom of the Four Directions and the Elements, rooted in Toltec and Mayan traditions. Evening Sound Bath
As the sun sets, surrender to the healing frequencies of our evening sound bath. Using crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and other sacred instruments, the soundscape gently dissolves tension, clears energetic residue, and brings the nervous system into deep restoration.

What does the the retreat include?
The retreat includes 5 day/night accommodations, daily housekeeping of the rooms, all dinners, daily immersive workshops/ceremonies, Mayan ruins tour, roundtrip travel to and from the ruins. DOES NOT include flights, travel to and from the airport, breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages (available for purchase on the premises), spa services.
What type of meals will be served?
Meals are vegan and vegetarian with gluten free options. All dinners included. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are not included, but are available for purchase.
Where is the retreat center located?
The center is located in the middle of the jungle of Tulum, Mexico and offers all the benefits that being surrounded by nature provides. It is the perfect place to disconnect and reconnect with your soul.
Are flights Included?
Guests are required to book their roundtrip flights and transportation to and from the resort.
Are there payment plans?
Absolutely! A minimum of a $500 dollar deposit is required to reserve your space. The remaining balance will be charged monthly to the card on file, with the final payment due May 1st, 2025. A 5% financing fee is added to payment plans.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the limited rooms, there are no refunds. All bookings are final. Upon unexpected cancelation, 50% of total paid fees can be transferred to another retreat up until May 15th, 2025.
When is the retreat?
The retreat is 5-days from June 11-June 15th 2025 in Tulum Mexico. Check in is June 11th. Guests will depart the morning of June 16th.
When is check-in and check out?
Check in is June 11th between 9am-3pm. Check out is June 16th before 11am.
Can I bring a guest/friend and share a room?
Yes! Feel free to send them the registration link. If you would like to share a room, be sure that you both book the same room. Once, booked, email us at support@ascensionacademy.com with your names an what room you booked so we can pair you. If you want to share a king bed, you can add a guest for $2,497 ($500 deposit required).
