In this 2 day intensive workshop with Alkemia Earth, you will learn how to locate and release trapped emotions in the 7 chakras for deeper healing. 

Unresolved emotions get trapped in our body where they build and fester, draining our energy, leading to burnout, emotional imbalance, and eventually disease. When we chronically repress emotions, we create toxicity in our body, mind, and heart.

Digging up trapped emotions

Identifying and releasing trapped emotions in Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus Chakras

10/4 Day 2:

Identifying and releasing trapped emotions in Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown Chakras
