Temazcal Ceremony
It begins with a welcoming ceremony by the shaman guide. Then you enter the Temazcal, already at a high temperature, where you will take a seat in a circle around the hot stones and special herbs that will cleanse your body and mind. During the process, the shaman will perform the ritual to purify and renew you.

Cacao Ceremony + Gong Bath
The ancient Mexican cultures revered cacao as a drink of the Gods, and our shamanic tradition is designed to awaken your internal fire and expand your heart. We begin with a cleansing ritual to release old energies and close old circles. Then, we ask permission from the elements, guardians and directions to drink the elixir of ceremonial cacao and feel its rising effects. Sound healing accompanies the ceremony, allowing you to connect and share from the heart space. Our sacred earth cacao is a potent plant medicine that can help you connect with Mama Cacao and receive her blessings.
Clarity Breathwork
Clarity Breathwork is a feminine approach to Breathwork. A very gentle, safe and yet powerful breathing process that releases stress from the cells in our body. This process helps us to transform and release emotions, beliefs and limiting thoughts.
It helps to remove old energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts and emotions and increases your consciousness. Most of us don’t breathe fully, we hold back the breath and have been doing so most of our lives. When we begin to breathe fully and consciously we are able to release our 'life traumas' and what we have been holding on to in our body.
Human Design Workshop
Human Design is a tool that can help us navigate life in personal alignment. It Synthesizes four ancient Modalities: Western Astrology, The I-Ching, the Hindu Brahmin Chakra system, and the Kabbalah Tree of life. Human Design combines these systems with modern science (Genetics & Quantum Physics) and creates a diagram of your energetic body (also known as a Body Graph).​
Astrology/Tarot Workshop
The Tarot is an ancient practice, a path by which we begin understanding towards oneself, towards our inner sacred. The Tarot is an oracle, a means, by which, in some way, and through its drawings and colors, we stimulate our psychic sphere, the deepest part that goes beyond the rational. When we move the cards, a secret and powerful mechanism is put into operation, to open doors and means that connect us to the Universe. Astrology is an exact, holistic science. In ancient times, in medieval times, you had to study many years to be an astrologer. Being the "mother science", you had to learn seven years of astrology in advance to be able to dedicate yourself to medicine, architecture, painting or any other discipline. Astrology is the complement to any technique of personal growth, it offers you the opportunity to know what your vital mission is, to know what you have come to in this reincarnation and what your challenges are in this life, that is, to know your natal map.
Womb Cleansing
Our womb holds the key to our deepest intuition as women and has the power to unlock a sense of fullness and pleasure in our lives. When we connect to our yonis, we heal our womb and reclaim our own divinity. By working with the divine feminine and the energy of Shakti we are able to find deep healing, pleasure and empowerment within all areas of our lives. The Yoni translates to ‘sacred space’ in Sanskrit. It includes the womb, genitals and entire female reproductive system. Our yonis are fundamental to our experience of femininity as it is the primary store house for our feminine energy, eroticism and deepest intuition. Womb healing can allow us to find release on all levels of our being. The healing needed may be physical (eg. releasing scar tissue, physical trauma) it may be energetic, (eg. memories of past lovers) or it could be emotional (feelings and sadness may suddenly arise)- whatever the case it all needs clearing! The yoni is a highly receptive and absorptive space. When we learn to release our yonis and wombs on every level, we find healing for our deepest selves.

FAQ
What does the the retreat include?
The retreat includes 5 day/night accommodations, daily housekeeping of the rooms, all dinners, daily workshops/activities/ceremonies, roundtrip travel to and from the ruins. DOES NOT include flights, travel to and from the airport, extra snacks and beverages (available for purchase on the premises), spa services.
What type of meals will be served?
Meals are vegan and vegetarian with gluten free options. All dinners included. Breakfast, lunch, extra snacks are not included, but are available for purchase.
Where is the retreat center located?
The center is located in the middle of the jungle of Tulum, Mexico and offers all the benefits that being surrounded by nature provides. It is the perfect place to disconnect and reconnect with your soul.
Are flights Included?
Guests are required to book their roundtrip flights and transportation to and from the resort.
Are there payment plans?
Absolutely! A minimum of a $500 dollar deposit is required to reserve your space. The remaining balance will be charged monthly to the card on file, with the final payment due May 1st, 2025. A 5% financing fee is added to payment plans.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the limited rooms, there are no refunds. All bookings are final. Upon unexpected cancelation, 50% of total paid fees can be transferred to another retreat up until May 15th, 2025.
When is the retreat?
The retreat is 5-days from June 11-June 15th 2025 in Tulum Mexico. Check in is June 11th. Guests will depart the morning of June 16th.
When is check-in and check out?
Check in is June 11th between 9am-3pm. Check out is June 16th before 11am.
Can I bring a guest/friend and share a room?
Yes! Feel free to send them the registration link. If you would like to share a room, be sure that you both book the same room. Once, booked, email us at support@ascensionacademy.com with your names an what room you booked so we can pair you. If you want to share a king bed, you can add a guest for $2,497 ($500 deposit required).
